HomeGauge users know the HG Support team is a shining example of what tech support should be. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help those subscribed to HG Services. That being said, HG support hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern time; but what if you have an issue outside those hours? What if you are on the west coast?
That is where Report Authority comes in: If you have an urgent issue that is preventing you from distributing a report and HG is closed, you can contact us and we will assist you for a fee.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 4pm-9pm Eastern Time / Saturday-Sunday 9am-1pm Eastern Time
Weekday Rates: $25 for the first 15 minutes; $15 for additional 15 minute blocks. No per minute charges.
Weekends Rates: $35 for the first 15 minutes; $20 for additional 15 minute blocks. No per minute charges.
For assistance: If you need emergency support, please call 828-356-5440. or email firstname.lastname@example.org during the above business hours. We will ask some questions about the issue and, before support is provided, you will be instructed to submit payment for the first 15 minute block.
Support may be provided via phone or remote access, depending on the issue.
